Preordered this a month ago. Also just wanna say the Saber Alter one is also re-released along with UBW Rin.
That's just an alternative costume, she's still Nero. According to Nasu's blog there are going to be alternative costumes for other Servants as well, right now he only mentioned Caster. The story would be like a "Sakura Route" for Extra. The girl with tail and claws is a villain.
