BTW, Forgot to mention that the "spin-off sequel is out for the XBOX 360.

It's brimming with love and moe, and all the funny slice of life. I don't know why but somehow the style changed a bit.

Things are starting to get scary with those texts indeed...
/Face palm at Daru for not recognizing sern was linked to them.

So far I'm loving how memorable most of the characters are, Okabe's laugh is just full of win.

Watched last two episodes now (10 & 11), and I'm fairly happy. No actually, very happy.

We're finally getting to the conspiracy stuff. Okabe's freakout was excellent, especially since for he knows it isn't any of his schizophrenia, but a government agency is actually out to get him and kill him/all his friends. For someone who seemed at least vaguely aware that a lot of stuff his mind made wasn't real, that's probably quite a shock.


Not surprised about SCERN discovering the hack. I mean, those guys created a miniature black hole. It would be a bit embarrassing if they didn't discover that someone was snuffing around in their internal network. Plus, we have the inferred spy plot point. (Oh Finger, where art thou?)

Not much to say otherwise...can't wait to see how the meeting between Kurisu and her dad goes (assuming it happens anyway), as well as to see what Suzuha meant by Kurisu working for SERN.

Episode 12 made me feel something the word "sad" can't even begin to describe.

There's also a lot of suppressed rage brewing >:(

Spoiler:
I believe it was within Okabe's personality to get in front of the bullet to save Mayuri because he knew what was going to go down when she said Mayuri wasn't needed. I think that would have been an interesting FU to SERN or w/e, but of course, that's a dead-end for the anime.

Yeah, I imagine that was an option for the game, but resulted in a dead end.

But man, this episode...I kind of had a feeling that Moeka had something to do with SERN and my instincts were correct, (although she did look good in that black leather suit...><;). I still don't know why Suzuha didn't say anything though, unless it had to do with messing up time, but still. I'm guessing this is what she meant by Kurise becoming a SERN spy, and looks like the rest of the gang, sans Mayushii, will as well. Poor Mayushii. :(

Agreed. I was thinking that Okabe was going to jump in front of Mayushi but I guess he didn't. I can't wait to see what happens next! We'll probably get to see the reason why Kurisu gets killed in episode 1 and whatever happens next in the anime. It sucks that Mayushi got point-blanked in the head! >_<

I can't say much about this, but the plot will move to save Mayuri from death, and when they succeed it's Kurisu's turn to be saved.

Spoiler:

This episode was quite hard to watch, but I loved every second of it. I was glad to see a bit of Okarin and Mayuri's past, and how she became his "hostage." I was on the edge of my seat, though, for most of it, and it was brutal to see Mayuri killed twice more. I really don't know how Okarin is going to get out of this time loop, unless, perhaps, that he tells everyone everything and they figure it out as a team. I'm eagerly awaiting episode 14 and hoping for the best.
