Man I really loved the latest episode, things are really starting to get exciting and it'll be interesting to see how the whole Celty's head thing will get resolved.
That brother and sister are pretty screwed up though, Seiji seems to be in his own little world of head-loving, whilst his sister has a love stretching a bit too far, wonder how much more they'll freak us out.
Also looks like Mikado and Celty will meet next episode, I look forward to that as so far he's the most normal character we have, so i've been eager to see how he'll play into the story.

I dunno about you, but I fucking love that weird stuff like her loving Seiji in this "odd" way. Adds excitement and character to a series! But ya episode 9 was THE SHIT! I didn't read the manga or w/e so I'm really excited to see where this goes :3

Always thought Seiji and Namie were pretty boring but this changed with ep 9 which is awesome, now there's only Shinra left whom i find uninteresting (which is pretty rare for a character voiced by Fukuyama Jun)

This series is quickly becoming one of my anime favorites, things are getting really really exciting, and it's nice to see a new side to Mikado, it's also nice to see him getting involved with some of the main important characters of the series, and I look forward to see what role he'll be playing in all of this.
Also loved seeing Izaya, he adds some fun to the anime and I really do love his character. But fanboy love aside the next episode looks as equally exciting, Durarara has given me another reason to be excited for Fridays!

I loved the butler guys story and wish it had spanned over a couple of episodes. Hes just such an interesting guy and I'm sure they could've done more with it.
I'm going to skip ahead and talk about how awful ep. 10 was. The last while were that fag who came from the country is going like "missing people, yagiri pharmacy, ect. ect." like fucking House made me cover my face because the episodes leading up to it was so great. Then he fucking gets on the computer and I'm practically tearing up with how awful it was. Then he says something like "the cards are in my favor" and I just sobbed.
It was such an awful scene that I don't even give it the common courtesy I normally give horrible scenes. I just hate thinking about so much that I can't bring myself to constructively insult it.
Also, the moment I saw the scars on that girls head I knew it was that smoke bitches head. They could have hidden those scars till ep. 9 or so to at least add some shock.

yep the connection was kept as a secret for long or well kept either so the revelation did not have any surprise at all
