I don't really have too many qualms other than the overall strength aspect. It would seem that there is little hope for humanity if even the vampires' servants prove to be a considerable challenge. Though, you have yet to reveal humanity's arsenal, so I could be completely wrong!
I think the part that makes them so OP is that it seems like every single vampire is able to perform the "teaching". What if it was only possible to do by high-rank vampires? That way, there wouldn't be that many of the "taught" Vessels. Also, while humanity starts out pretty weak, the weaponry they could eventually find does get pretty good. Besides, just because they could have stuff like, say, baseball bats and such, doesn't make them that weak! The Brooklyn Smasher is a complete overkill (check it out on ZombieGoBoom).

My only other complaint is SR. Soul Reaper seems an odd choice for the name of a chemical substance. I can understand the choice, due to its effects of robbing a person of free will, but a name with relation to a type of poison might sound better.
Mhm, that seems like the most common complaint so far, and I fully understand why. I know I suck at doing names, and oh boy, what a shocker, this name's terrible as well. Thanks for the poison relation suggestion, though!
