Fair point, i dont know if i want to marry him actually, he would make a good husband though, but i won't tell him that, it would scare him. I guess its not really ever been an option, its not that i wouldnt want to marry him its that i cant marry him. Still, for now i'll keep it happy and light, not to serious or heavy incase i do hurt him.

*butting in to this thread and starts typing opinion*
To me personally as a male in his early 20's,i personally believe that age is not or should not be a boundary for love.However,looking at things realistically,the problem that may arise between the two of you is probably priorities in life.
I mean,hey,your a young active gal in the threshold of adulthood and thus you may see things that are important to you in your life,but of which may not apply to him.I guess the only workaround to this problem is communication. I do hope that the best works out for the both f you. :)

it isn't wrong if you just want to make good relationship with him. keep it steady,and more important,dont get it too serious (if you dont want it to be serious and hurting you so much).
if someday he leaves you,it means he's not your "true love".
you'll find "true love" when you see a person who's never leave you. he'll be with you all the time. and he secretly always looking after and taking care of you,but you wont realize it.

I'd say the younger you are the more age matters. 18 dating 30 raises my eyebrows a lot more than 30 dating 42. There are issues of experience and maturity to consider yes? Seeing as how you've already made up your mind, I hope everything works out for both of you.

Well I went for the first option, though it could cause problems depending on you and him personally not so much in a general point of view as it's pretty hard to generalize something like that. I don't see any real problem with it as you're a young woman and therefore know that you will probably go through a few relationships before you find the right one, so right now you should give the relationship your best and hope it's a good and helpful experience. Of course there is the option that it will work out just fine and as time goes on the age difference will matter less and less so there's no reason not to try and make it work. Blah, in my mind the general concept of this rant was only like a sentence, stupid words.

Age is just a number. To not like or love someone over small details like that are only dumb excuses. If your feelings and intentions are genuine, then there's nothing wrong this relationship.

I would like to say age isn't important, but complications will arise from eventually, but if ya like the person enough to get through it together, it shouldn't matter. And i'm saying this despite the fact my older woman situation isn't going too well. (Me 19, she 28 ). lol.

As far as the topic goes, Imo the gap in age doesn't really bother me, so much as a 30 year old guy who still plays video games and faps to hentai does (seems kinda creepy). As cooperboy321 already said. The gap matters more when a person is younger. Personally, I'm 21 and I could comfortably date a 28yr old but, even I get uncomfortable if it goes any higher. I think a good rule of thumb is you can date if the person's age is equal to or less than 1.5x your age.

some people whose close to me always say the same thing like you.
because of my dark past,i can tell some people what to do,and not to do.
many things happen in my past. i dont want the same thing happens to the people around here.
at least this is what i can do to help some people,altough this is far than enough to help them. i can only give some advice through this monitor.

I don't think age really matters when it comes to relationships, although there will be exceptions, such as those involving underaged parties. From what you have posted so far, it appears that you are enjoying his company. Don't let the issue of age gap bother you too much lest it affects your current relationship with him.
There will be some implications when there is a huge age gap between two people in a relationship. Different viewpoints may arise due to experience in life or lack thereof, but as long as both of you complement each other perfectly, it should be work out.

considering your legal and such ill leave out the underage bit. while i personally might have a issue im not really sure. i cant tell cause ive never been in that situation. however i think at your age 12 years is a bit much on the other hand you know the guy and i dont. bottom line, follow the advice of raga and the others. stay happy but stay safe.
