I just saw this deck online. I replaced the Evolving Wilds with Glacial Fortress. I'm thinking of copying this one. What do you guys think? Feel free to suggest any Standard card that can be useful.
4 Glacial Fortress
13 Island
10 Plains
~27 lands
0 creatures
4 Devastation Tide
1 Dissipate
4 Entreat the Angels
4 Feeling of Dread
4 Tamiyo, the Moon Sage
4 Temporal Mastery
4 Terminus
4 Think Twice
4 Thought Scour
~33 other spells
Sideboard
1 Angel's Mercy
4 Cathedral Sanctifier
3 Dissipate
3 Geist of Saint Traft
2 Midnight Haunting
2 Snapcaster Mage
This looks like a copy paste of Alexander Hayne's deck from Pro Tour AVR, minus the Wilds (which enabled Hayne to thin out his deck, since he had so much land, which I think you really want still.)
A deck with a REALLY questionable looking sideboard.
As much as I liked his deck, there was plenty I'd think to change. First, even though it is a mana intensive deck, 27 I thought pushed it too far. He also sideboarded out Devastation Tide almost all the time since he knew bouncing all of his opponents stuff allows them to rebuy their ETB abilities.
And as gurall mentioned, you're living off the top of your deck.
First two things that come to mind are Azorius Charm and Hallowed Fountain. More mana fixing is always nice, and that charm is nice to slow down your opponent with the ability to remove an attacker and blank their next draw. The charm is also another cantrip, and, if you make it that far, can net you tons of life with the lifelink after dropping a big Entreat.
Also, remove the Cathedral Sanctifier and Angel's Mercy. They literally do nothing at all.
EDIT: One more thing, this was a Block-Constructed deck. It only had cards from the Innistrad block. In Standard, you have more to choose from.
