are girls realy weak?

ok so far everyone seems to be telling me it depends on the girl im reffering to.so when i said are girls weak i was reffering to your averge girl in her most phisicly fit age (id say from 17 to 23).(my falt on that one for not being specific) heres a bit about my sister, shes 20 ,she is rather active and in middle school she got in a LOT of fights ,and as far as i know she won most of them. which is why i was so surprised when she threw that punch that bearly even left a sting.and as a final note i must say ..... ive never realy comperd my strenth to that of a girls. i always thought that that "women are extremly weak" thing was just mahco man bull crap.

Women are built differently, that doesn't make them inferior or unable to exercise/learn self defense to gain the upper hand.

To keep it simple, if a man have a strength level of 23 plus minus 15, a woman have a strength level of 18 plus minus 10 - or something like that, the numbers aren't important.
Anyone saying that women are not generally weaker is spewing out retarded bullshit, and anyone saying that women are always weaker then men is also doing that. Of course this is physically speaking.


well... If we throw a man and a women onto the north pole and leave them there naked until they die the woman will live longer. But that's because her legs and arms will freeze and fall off (well i guess they technically don't fall of unless you poke them) before the man has died. And then because the man still has his arms and legs he loses body heat faster and dies earlier.

Men are generally physically stronger than women due to evolution, and how society portrays them to be.

Men don't generally like body-builder women, and so women do not try to be in 'perfect' shape.

If you seriously think that men shouldn't be out fighting wars, but instead it should be women due to technology, then you seriously don't understand the concept of what exactly war is. I do hope you realise that the soldiers have to carry a lot of equipment when they are actually on duty; they don't have technology to help them with it. Therefore, it goes straight back to the strength argument; a male solider will be stronger than a female soldier, due to the fact that they both have trained in combat and the fact that biology gives the male an advantage.

Also, pain tolerance doesn't really matter much in war. If you're hit by a bullet, you're pretty much going to be a nuisance on the battlefield; in fact, you'd put your fellow soldiers in more danger, as they'd have to constantly watch your actions. So, pain tolerance doesn't mean a thing. Before you ask, I take some offence at the comment that technology has had a negative effect on males strength; a family member is in the armed forces, so it's kinda like your playing down the actual use of men in wars and in fact playing up the guns.

Lastly, physical strength doesn't revolve around labour and combat. You're forgetting perhaps the most prevalent example of strength; sports. No offence...but looking at the record books clearly highlights male superiority. So, I fail to see how the female gender is becoming the more dominant gender physically. As I said before; you cannot deny biology! It CANNOT be ignored due to technology or anything else. Don't even insinuate that. It won't cut ice in any research laboratory.

You can't say 'all men are tough and women are weak' cuz we know that's not always true.
The male body is meant to be large and stronger to fight off other males. The female body is meant for child birth, and since we have a strong male to protect the female and her child, there isn't a need for her body to be larger.
But now days, these rules do not exist. Some women are body builders and some man can't bench 60 lbs.

Meh, it all depends on what kind of girl you are. I suppose that in nature guys are stronger physically, and girls are weaker in that aspect, but it doesn't always apply. I'm pretty sure there's plenty of girls that could kick my ass.

A girl could whoop some ass if she spent a decent amount of time building her muscles. However, most women usually exercise to fit in their tight jeans and attract the males they desire. Most guys don't want a beefcake chic, so women don't aim for that kind of physique. Even though women are generally physically weaker than males, they have other skills that make up for that weakness. I'd give a hint, but I'm sure we all know what the answer is.

adrenalin, people. it keeps you alive. but for the most part i cant lift heavy things above my waist- i cant keep my hands steady. so yeah girls are physically weaker then guys most of the time. except of course when in danger cause adrenalin is nature's strong pill.

Women are the strongest creatures on the planet, I'm a male and I know for a fact that I would be unable to cope with the pain of child birth. Your definition of what is strong is juvenile at best and absolutely disrespectful and ignorant at worst

In general, yea. But that probably has more to do with fitting in to societal stereotypes than it does with lacking of the ability to become stronger.

How can you know for a fact about your relation to a pain that you have never experienced nor can imagine how it would feel like since you're kinda lacking the related organs?
