I agree with the feminists. Males do get more privileges than female.

Apparently islam is a culture of evil and not just a few individuals exploiting belief. Christianity is nothing but child molestors. The national socialist party is evil. Communism is evil. Asians are smart. Black people are fast. Canadians are nice. Americans are fat. Do I need to list any more stereotypes that people are judged by?

The whole point of the nuremburg trials was to try to install a moral superiority that nobody is blameless in the actions of a society. Feminism lead to these individual radicalists being allowed to flurish and they must be held accountable for their neglectful actions.



And as for the video, it's a lot more credible than anything you've ever posted or will ever post. For one, her opinions aren't stupid, man hating propaganda.


You cry and cry and cry over this stuff talking about how hard it is, but are you a man? No you are not. Women go on forever talking about how much harder it is to be a woman than a man but you have never walked a second in a mans shoes. You have no right to speak of privilage and how much better the other side is.

...I'm going to ignore the majority of your faulty logic on this one as I have vowed to not fall for such traps here in pseudo-intellectual SD these days, but I in no way "hate" men in the least. I love men, seek out and have many friends who are male, date males, and embrace their contributions to society.

However, I do view the world with a critical eye, and sometimes the transgressions of SOME men irk me. That does not in any way make me a misandrist.

I said nothing about judging women based on people like snooky. I will judge 'feminism' on it's inconsistent choices of when to 'champion' female rights and when to condone things that actually show women in a negative light.



Men have been known to do some pretty stupid shit (just look at all the funny home videos of dudes getting their balls whacked by themselves or their friends). And I'm not above calling my friends stupid for it. I would acknowledge that men have a pretty strong track record for doing dumb and dangerous things just because it's dumb and dangerous. I don't see men blaming other people for the things they do, and when they do try and blame it on others, everyone is always quick to call them on their bullshit. Feminism is full of excuses or some reason why it's always someone else's fault, but when people try and call them out on their own bullshit, they can expect little to no support from anyone.



Her argument is perfectly balanced. I fail to see how logical conclusions and a level head make a perspective unbalanced. And if you really want to be technical, there is no such thing as a BALANCED point of view.

If you have a critical eye to view the world then please explain how the transgressions of SOME men, equates to male privilage.

You play a card that clearly stated that all men are privilaged over women. You have yet to disprove any facts about the false rape accusation rate, childhood custody rates, homeless rates, and education rates.

All of these things mentioned are proof of a female dominated society. Even politics is completely influenced by a female dominated society. Who gets drafted when there is war? Certainly not women.

Women can claim to get paid less but as I proved in the feminist thread, women on average work 6-8 less per week while getting paid on average a dollar a day less than males. Women also get maternity leave from a company while men do not, at least not in north american society. Women also dominate the easier tasks and hold a firm grasp on health, education and child care sectors of our society.

Don't believe me? Name 1 male daycare worker you know. Cause there are none. Because our society has a stigma that it is ok for women to see naked boys but it is not ok for men to see naked girls. Even if in a professional atmosphere with the only exception being a doctor.

The moment you started to complain about male privilage without looking at the hard facts of what it is to live as a male. That is the moment you became a misandrist. Just because you claim to not hate does not mean you actually like men. What you look for, judging from your post history in these threads, is a feminist male who is ashamed to be a man. That in itself is misandry, and also doesn't make that male a real male, just a brainwashed female with a penis.

I get flack all the time for my views and I'm perfectly fine with that because it proves one thing, a double standard with feminists. Women are completely happy to babble on and on about their problems and privilage and everything else, but as soon as you disagree, there is no open mindedness, there is no leniency and it is often responded to with aggression.

Tell me, where is the male privilage in a world that can't disagree with women.

Does the Feminist ever wonder why there hasn't been a revolution in which men wanted to take the same career paths and choices as females? Is it because the current "society" is convenient to men? Perhaps, but what if the female's role is inconvenient, nay, impossible for men to grow into?

The aesthetic beauty that females have, can only be acquired by a handful of males(Bishonens sadly exist mostly in manga unless Bieber counts). As such, whereas men must now juggle through the feminist pit holes and falls for an actual
relationship, the feminist can(and does) use her aesthetic advantage for just about any useful purpose.

We note that women win the majority(vast majority at that) of divorce court cases, often getting complete custody.(Shared custody is in fact a dream.) But even for men who have to take the brunt load of the parenting responsibilities, it's extremely difficult.

Perhaps, not so much from an economic standpoint. But from an emotional, nurturing standpoint. And this too, is from socio development that, as previously noted is to the advantage of women not the other way around(Men devaluing themselves in a sense has allowed for the pro female mentality in case of a fatal emergency or
war time)


Yet, interestingly enough: It's far more difficult for the single female parent. Not only on the obvious account of socio economic considerations, but whether it be a boy or a girl, the child steadfastly seeks out his/her own father and a bond with the father completes the child.

This socio reality means that it's disadvantageous for the female to have a cavalier attitude towards relationships. Both for her and for her offspring.

Feminism is devaluation, and the only justification a female can give when a person points out their own self devaluation is that the person is a sexist, or that we objectify them.

Of course we objectify females: In no different manner from which males objectify themselves. Doesn't anyone find it strange that feminists asked for equality, men have given it to them in full and feminists complain we're sexually oppressing them?

Actually, to be more specific: Alpha Males objectify themselves, in no certain order would we as Alphas accept our degeneration, much less asking a female to do the same. The Feminist is attracted to the Beta, because the Beta male accepts his own degeneration, and he has no qualms with female degeneration.

I honestly fear for children being raised by feminist women, not because they'll be taught to "hate males"(their irrational ideology will be blocked by their genetic design, THANK GOD). But because the socio environment will create a bunch of beta males, and more inferior complex women.

This is a female politician who writes elegently and quite amazingly how feminism has ruined what it means to be a woman and sold the younger generation a wishlist of lies. OT: I've had this conversation with Giz before, and my opinion, I think what "privilege" boils down to is some assumptions based on skin, gender, age. Sure some are backed by evidence(if you're a young black man living in a certain areas of the country you're more likely to be arrested even if you didn't do anything wrong) but I don't think it applies to every individual. There's millions of factors and unknowns.

I do believe we should be conscience about the needs and problems of others, but whining about those who may or may not have had certain advantages growing up isn't the best way to go at it.

Um, you are entirely missing the point. The thing about acting on privilege is that it's not common for those who have it to realize they use it on a regular basis.

I don't hate men who fail to SEE that, but wish they would take it into account. The men whose "transgressions" I referred to above were those who know this, and ignore it or call it false.

The way you portray male privilege, you deny any argument on the ground that "We don't know we have it," which would disprove, and thus null any opposition. It's a baseless argument, and you continue with this "I'm right" mentality, no matter what other evidence anyone may bring forth, on the shire fact that you label anything that goes against your current ideas as lies, as men trying to disprove what could very well be a misconception, for all you know.

It's mostly an attempt by Neo-feminists to portray men as perpetrators just for being men, that as a man, he already has some social right over women that he didn't earn, and uses it against them everyday, which is just ridiculous to really believe without a doubt.

It's like when the study came up that reviled that just about an equal number of women are child molesters as men, and Neo's tried to play it off, that a woman can only commit an act under the thumb of a man, and that a woman could never harm children.

Just remember that modern feminism is EXTREMELY varied. All current feminists are not this "Neo" sort you speak of (also please define, having studied gender issues extensively in academics, I have never heard of it once). Women can and are most certainly in many cases criminals, including sex offenders and assaulters. To ignore that is plain stupid, and naive: any human can commit any crime.

As to my denial of others' point of view, that's not exactly the case. I just cannot stand those who, like I said, ignore the huge wealth of information proving their own beliefs incorrect and misinformed.

There ARE misconceptions about men, I fully agree (for example, that all men want/have sexually assaulted someone; that all use privilege extensively and knowingly; that all are less likely to care for children more; etc). And those SHOULD be addressed.
However, MRAs are not known for pushing a focus on that, but rather on a complete reversal of every empowering aspect of life that feminism has granted women. THAT is a problem.

Just to point out, could it be that the word "privilege" is not the correct term for the discussion?

Simply put, it has been stated after providing a few resources that the "privilege" thing is not really the case (even if there are some unnoticeable ones or not for one gender, the other or both). However, the discussion still goes on and it seems that both parts were talking about different topics.

In my humble opinion what it is being discussed here are not privileges (faked or not), but missconceptions about what one gender or the other as a counterargument. What drived me to think this way was the different posts and arguments used by gizgal and theotherjacob, which I believe (and could be completely wrong, since is just my opinion) both are right and yet they clash because they are referring to two different things say "Privileges" and "Missconceptions".

I though of missconceptions because it has been talked about both genders stereotypes, which actually has nothing to do with privileges of any kind, but with missconceptions of both genders from the opposite point of view.

Well, if you didn't already use the links I gave, that's where we're kind of using the term "privilege." Some are misconceptions, and others are just based on the fact that we're different. It's odd though that people actually sue this as a reference, using these examples, some to most of which are misconceptions, and use them as examples of privilege.

If I am to take your logic into any consideration as truth, then something must be understood. Those who have privilage as you claim, often don't realise they have privilage. So it is entirely possible being that this is your logic, that the person who has privilage here is indeed you, and this is an issue of womens privilage complaining about the illusion of male privilage.

What you are doing here is claiming that women do not have privilage, and it is men who have privilage. I have provided undeniable proof so far that men are not at an advantage in our society. I fail to see how you saying that me not knowing that I have privilages is proof of me actually having privilages.

What you are essentually saying in all this is that, I am a stupid male who does not realize what I have. But I again come back to the question that I asked you before, how can you know what it is that I have when you are not a male.

You do not know what it is like to live as a male, you do not know what it is like to have the expectations that men do have, do you not know what it is like to have every women have a legal advantage over you, you do not know what it is like to have any woman start a rumor about you with you having absolutely no way to refute it. (Like sexual harassment at work). A woman can easily get a man fired but a man can not easily get a woman fired.

So I come back to your logic. How does a privilage woman like you, who doesn't realize that she is privilage get away with accusing a privilaged man, who doesn't realize he's privilage, like me, with being privilaged?

I won't deny that there are benifits to being a male, but there are equal or more benifits to being a woman. The problem here, is that you are closed minded in being a victim.

You have yet to explain how women are privilaged when it comes to homelessness. A woman can easily get off the street by seeking benifits from almost any man, and can make money easily through sexual exploits even if they are in rags and for lack of better words, ugly. But a man in equal condition can not do that. I would call that female privilage.


And to respond to your other post. MRA's fight for things like child custody which is DENIED TO MEN BY WOMEN. How is it that a man who makes 6 figures a year as a salary, has a nice home, lots of time off to spend with kids, can be easily robbed of everything by a woman who in the vaste majority of custody battles will win. The MRA groups fight against things like the 75% of rape accusation being false, which was proven in the feminism thread BY ME, with a linked study britian. Or how about the myth that men make more money, which was also disproven BY ME, using the canadian governments job distribution by gender survey, and the american governments average income per gender survey. Or how about the homeless rates amount men which was also proven BY ME, or the education rates being 67% of college graduates being female, which was also proven BY ME.

I see a lot of proven by me. Using linked articles in the feminism thread which as all 100% true, and all you have proven so far is that opinionated female will try to cover up the facts with feminist ideals.

Cause I'll be blunty honest here, I don't care what you think of me. I don't care if you hate me, infact I would like it that much more if you hate me because it proves one simple thing, and that is that I am correct. And that brings me more joy and pleasure than any amount of drugs and sex ever could. Just knowing that it eats you up that there's a man out there who won't budge to feminist ideals and won't back away from real oppression. The moment I don't have to be afraid of losing everything from devorce and not being afraid that the woman I'm with will be angry with criticism, that will be the day that equality is established.

Excuse me but when did I ever say females couldn't have privileges? Many most certainly can and do.

Also, I provided sources for my points early on in this thread. In addition, the posts others (including you) made also had sources upon which I expanded. So making some grand end-all-and-be-all statement like this about how I'm just out to get you, is kind of wacky. And btw, saying "disproven BY ME" doesn't count as a source.

Try citing some scholarly journals or public resources and we'll talk for real.

That doesn't make sense:

I have the right to freedom of speech, hell, we automatically assume that right even before we read the bill of rights(Do you think a child, uttering its first words ever asks itself if it should or should not speak?).

The rights and privileges that we assume today were granted by English Law dating back to the Marta Carta of 1215. How were those laws granted? They appealed to the King for them!

A privilege is sought for, it is granted by others. There isn't such a thing as a person unconsciously accessing privilege.

If you don't wish to be elected on the basis of your gender, then you will be judged by the basis of the quality of your work. Even though Hillary Clinton wasn't nominated in 2008, she got well over 45% of the Democratic Vote. Tell me, were they sexist for rejecting her?

Hell, arguably she got an even better position as Secretary of State. There wouldn't be a popularity poll on whether or not she did a good job, arguably she had more power than the president. And there are plenty of major career openings for her(such as a report linking her to the World Bank) after her service.

Feminists should strive to look at Hillary as an example: Alpha, assertive and determined. I highly doubt she ever thought once in her mind "The guys owe me something", nor do females owe her or anyone anything.

What she owed and gave to herself, was her utter and sheer determination. And above all: Self Respect.

If anything, females are more privileged than males:
Males have to court females for their affection, the female hardly ever courts a male and at that, the female has the absolute power to decide whether or not she wants the man.

The same is true for Abortion, the couple may have consented to sex and even discussed the possibility of a child. The father wants to be a father, the feminist female says otherwise, the baby's aborted.

In many ways, we're screwed. Feminism has only screwed us more, by making a very significant minority of us beta males. And yet, after all of this destruction to a male's structure. Do you still want to argue we have some right that you don't?

If you want to make the argument, then clearly define a right that men have given themselves, that women do not have today.

As to "not recognizing privilege"... you do realize that alone is a huge issue surrounding multiple types of privilege, no? Privilege that we're speaking of is not a lawfully granted one: it is a socially embraced and enforced type.

Women have been trying to get lawful equal rights for ages now. In the 1980s, the tiny conservative margin that made the famed Equal Rights Amendment fail to pass prevented that, as well as set a precedent for making such an overarching (yet one mere sentence long) law from passing any time in the near future in whole.
