I'd love to see some more action, but for now, I'll go with the safer B.

I'm am utterly impressed with how this is going so far, I love it. I have a bad feeling about A though so I'm going to say B.
Well...I actually personally wanted A. Hehe.

"I'm sorry Anne, but isn't it getting a bit late?"
"It is, but would you not say that wine tastes better under a moonlit night?"
"Going home to my bed and landing face-first into my pillow sounds the most delicious right now."
I get up to leave, when I suddenly feel Anastasia's hand pulling me back.
"Wait! Don't go, Celine. Could you not share at least one glass with me?"
"We've had a wonderful dinner, Anne, but I'd like to just go home now."
I take a step back and try to pull my hand away, but Anastasia gets up as well. As I pull back, she moves closer, and she suddenly pulls my hand to her bosom.
"Please, stay here with me, Celine."
"...I can't, Anne. That's asking too much from me."
"But we're childhood friends, are we not? You used to play at my mansion all the time!"
*Thump*
"...I'm just tired, Anne. I just want to go to bed."
*Thump*
"You can sleep in one of the guest rooms, we have more than enough room for you."
*Thump*
"I told Tsubaki I'd be coming back tonight."
*Thump*
"You could call her and tell her you're sleeping over instead."
*Thump*
"That would just worry her."
*Thump*
"And right now, my biggest worry is you leaving!"
*Thump*
"I love you, Celine!"
*Thump*
"Please, please stay here with me. Don't leave me alone tonight."
*Thump*
"Can you feel it? My heart pounding? I...I can't believe I finally worked up the courage to tell you, Celine. Please, tell me you love me too..."
I quickly pull my hand away from her, and I stand there for a moment, in utter surprise. Then, I turn around and move to run, before catching myself and saying,
"...I'm sorry, Anne."
I sprint out of there, but not before hearing the sound of something dropping, most likely her legs. I know. I know I've just done a terrible thing. But I can't stop. Even though I tell my body to stop, it won't listen to me. I reach the main gate and my body instinctively opens it while I dash out, letting the gate close by itself.
I'm running past the woods on a path I can barely make out from the moonlight. But I can't stop. My body keeps running and running, and I almost trip a few times, coming close to landing on my face, but I keep running. My breathing is like a wild animal's, and sweat is pouring down my face. I eventually run past the trees, down the hill, and make it back to the city. I run a bit more before collapsing onto my hands and knees. A dizziness attacks me, and it feels like my head is turning into hot mush. My vision warps and I break out into a cold sweat. My hearing fades and it's replaced by this weird buzzing. I don't want to be seen, weak and collapsed, so I do my best to crawl into an alleyway, trying to hide from any potential dangers.
"Why hello. There."
I hear something like a voice, but I'm unable to hear clearly due to my dizziness and the weird buzzing in my ears. Suddenly, someone's hand strokes my back.
"Take. Deep breaths. Try to take. In as much. Oxygen as you can."
I hear something about breathing, so I try to breathe as much as I can.
"There, there. That is. Much better, right?"
Someone's hand is gently stroking my back. After breathing several times, I start to feel my dizziness fade, and the buzzing going away slightly. I try to stand up, but then the dizziness and buzzing comes back, full force. I collapse again, this time with my back to the wall. My vision is still warped, so I close my eyes.
"Do not move. Like that yet. It usually takes. About ten minutes. Before the dizziness fades".
After pressing my back to the wall, I can feel how I'm completely drenched in sweat. My eyes are still closed, but I feel someone taking my hands and gently rubbing them.
"...Thank you...that feels much better..."
"Just keep. Breathing. I will be here. For you."
I hadn't realized, but it seems I had lost sensation throughout my limbs. The person's gentle massage seems to help fluctuate my blood flow, making it better. After breathing and relaxing for ten minutes, I feel like the dizziness has completely gone away.
"You seem to. Be getting better. Please rest. A bit more. I will get. Something for us."
The person stops rubbing my hands, and I hear footsteps fading away. I sit there, breathing gently and trying to cool off, when I finally remember my current circumstances: alone, weak, and defenseless in an alleyway. And who was that person? I open my eyes and I'm able to see a dark and empty alle-wait, what was that? My eyes shoot towards something glinting in the moonlight. I stare at it more closely, and I realize it's some sort of liquid. There seems to be more, and my eyes follow a trail leading to a-oh god. I immediately bend over and throw up onto the ground.
In the back of the alleyway.
A human head.
It's eyes have been plucked out.
It's jaw is gone.
It's tongue has been ripped out.
Bits and pieces of flesh are scattered everywhere.
My eyes are fixed onto the corpse.
I'm unable to tear my eyes away.
Because I finally notice.
She looks like me.
"...I'm back."
And now, I know who this person is.
"You made a. Mess. Let me help. Clean you up."
I'm unable to bear it any longer and I feel my mind slip away. Everything starts to fade to black.
"Oh. Please do not. Sleep here."
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------
"...Ugh..."
I wearily open my eyes, and stare up into a white ceiling. I slowly sit up, and lean my back against a bedstand.
"Where...where am I?"
I look around and find myself in a room I've never been in before. A window is to my left, and sunshine is pouring in. My eyes finally rest on a figure lying down on a couch. It's a young woman, with medium light blonde hair. It seems she's still sleeping.
A) Wake the woman up.
B) Get up and look around more.
C) Examine the woman more closely.
