i know it's a pr0n site and all... but people should stop thinking with their dicks and more with their heads... especially in the forums area.
hate/dislike fakku because you cant fap? how about understanding the reason why you guys cant fap in the first place before you type in comments. gdi read the announcements before you damn fap.
this issue would have been in discussion and over months ago if you guys did read the announcements. and if you guys were really just fapping here, then you werent really part of the community to begin with. no loss in fakku for losing those leechers and losers

i started a topic asking for help to delete my account only to have it deleted promptly and given -2 rep point.
i know about deactivating the account, but i'll rather not leave traces of me around on a service i dont use anymore.

The original purge killed the site for me anyway. Most of the content I had on my favorites was removed before an export button was even introduced.

I find it really sad coz of the pay wall. I do have a lot of other sites to check for this kind of stuff but it's just disappointing that this could be the end of my fakku fandom. I've been viewing the old manga/doujin this past month just to enjoy reading/fapping. But it's like the straw that broke the camels back. Monetize New Stuff > Free new stuff for them. There are still a lot of free content.. But being on this site since 2010 i think (I made this account on 2011)... A lot of good times are gonna be missed...

Personally, I think I stand with just about everyone here when I say that locking content behind a paywall is a terrible move on Fakku's part.
However, I can almost be sure that it will try out this system for a while.. Find out that it's not working and that their site's traffic and reviews have plummeted in quality, and will attempt to repair any such damage that may have been caused by such a decision.
While I can understand the REASON for doing what they are doing, I cannot understand their methods.

So for now, Content not behind the paywall before the removal was illegal. That's how spoiled and taken-for-granted the scanlations scene is, especially with the readers who mostly still doesn't give proper credit to scanlations team in the process.
So, it's not that Fakku is hiding content behind a paywall, but with Fakku going legit, the only legal content is behind the paywall. All the content in the subscription is a Licensed product that Fakku has the rights to Publish.
