I did have an interview on Wednesday... really want the job too ;_;
Not sure I'll get it.
The interview was only like 15 minutes too.

I hate Interviews with a Passion. I have a hard time talking to people IRL and I just can't cope well with most persons.
I can do presentations, though I tend to drift into joking.

I'm like this, but not like the presentations. I can't do any type of interview or public speaking at all. I get really nervous and my palms start sweating and itch... I also forget a lot of what I'm thinking at the same time...

All the more reason I want the job I last interviewed for... so I don't have to go through another interview!

Think positively, and you've got it in the bag. ^^
Happened to me.

Them: Sorry we can't give you the job.
Me: Ehh?! But I thought positively, that means I should have gotten the job!
Them: Ooookay... ummm stay off the drugs.

I got a job, but he didn't really interviewed me, he only asked what day I'm available, and the next few days he called me and wanted me to go to work the day after.

That's my first job and I am still having the same job ever since, so I don't have much experience..

My apologies for not replying everyone previously or speaking in-depth about interviews. Nonetheless, I hope everyone's interviews (should you have attended any) went fine?

A quick update to this topic of mine before I head back to my revision.

With my Japanese Language Proficiency Test (JLPT) level N4 just 4 days away, I applied for leave from work to carry out some last minute revision. Which led me to wonder - How do my fellow Fakku members cope with tests and examinations?

Based on my observations in past topics, there are supposedly quite a handful ot intelligent members on the forums. They are able to perform well without studying much. However, if one has graduated from being a full-time student, and after working at a permanent job for a couple of years, I reckon things may become different? Is it difficult to return to the rhythm of studying and mugging for papers?

With regards to tests and examinations, do you prefer written or practical (such as experiments, projects, etc) papers?

P.S. I may not be very active this week, depending on how my revision goes and whether or not I am tempted to take "breaks". :D

I always studied before the exams in the past years. Because I'm so lazy and procrastinate a lot. Though in these days I regularly take some time to study.

and speaking of JLPT,i'm planning to take N1 this winter because i'm gonna need that in coming future.

for me,i'm gonna have a semester end test soon and it's gonna starts at next week for 2 weeks.
like last year,i'm struggling to study because due to my fasting,i can't focus much and i ended up in average place last year.

as for me, I'm going to have a 4th semester test on the first of august. I did bad on the mid-semester test. Now i just hope to get it better this semester in order to continue my scolarship.

On monday, I'm having a Cisco Final Exam. I really can't study because of some things that I need to do including 1 more project that I need to finish. I just hope that I can slip in some time for studying.

Got my last exam today. just came home from it.

it went somewhere between okay and horrible...

As a winger, I usually study last minute. Although there has been cases where I was prepared... and in those cases I usually do very well. (hint hint: flunking the paper first time and cannot absolutely afford to mess it up again)

I got a B on a paper that I winged and was absolutely confident at. And I got A- for a paper that I winged and walked outta the exam hall thinking "fuck, what is that crap that I wrote?" The world sure works in mysterious ways.
