Fairly sure I'll get some feedback from this.
Not the best but I'll try with my stance on this.

I've been following this topic closely and it seem to me that many of the users here at Fakku still have misconceptions of what a troll really is; at least according to my definition.
A troll is someone who actively seeks chaos and instability, often resorting to childish behavior like name calling/personal attacks to cause negative emotions among one or multiple users on a forum.
Response:
I personally feel that you have done this. Surely, there are troll users who post to attack someone psychologically by calling their target names and stalking them constantly. But there are also trolls who post to just rile up people and let the group inside of the thread cave in. When you made the Kaho thread, mentioning his use of "ruuuuuu", it was you aiding TMS in baiting. You posted a thread that wasted space, expected people to agree with you and eventually, if it turned out, force Kaho to stop. He agreed to stop if people told him it was too annoying. The poll you made in your thread proved that it wasn't. It's Kaho's (as well as other users who post "catchphrases") choice to use a catchphrase, not yours to ultimately determine. If you wanted a full discussion, you could have PM'd Kaho about it. This, to me, was another troll tactic. TMS mocked Kaho, and you sat nearby without a care. I personally went into it proving you wrong because you both have the ability to dumb down opponents with supposed "logic" arguments and twist things to make it in your favor. And when someone counters extensively, 3 other people come in and degrade that person due to your grief. You had the choice to not fabricate something so embarrassing like that thread but you wanted to make TMS not sound stupid, right? Opinions don't always need to be made into a thread.
Multiple times, you've resorted to name calling/personal attacks in your jokes to your friends. I'm sure they like them but this seems very repetitive to me. They get old very fast.
Also, I don't see the humor in calling someone "gay" and saying gay jokes when you can't even take one.

I believe where people come into problems recognizing a troll is that a troll must use consistent effort to assault a particular user or group. When I made a "Hime stop posting as much as you do" thread it wasn't trolling, I posted my opinion once and then defended myself against multiple white knights for the rest of the thread. When I asked the community what they felt about Kaho's "Ruuuuu" it wasn't trolling as I didn't even offer my own opinion; I was simply a facilitator for both parties. People jump to conclusions and label anyone they dislike as a troll nowadays.
Response:
I'm not going to lie, Hime was one of those users that annoyed me. She used her female status to woo the male users into stupidity. But, again, this "opinion" of yours didn't need to become a thread just as I never intended mine to become one. You and others could have formed a collective PM or something. I'm surprised that administration allowed you to post threads that were so controversial, so partial to one user. The Kaho and Hime threads got so out of hand. They were targeting users because of what one or two or three collective people think. Making a thread for ONE PERSON for a catchphrase or for being a "attention whore" is not needed. Praise threads are different. They aren't making the user feel embarrassed for what they did nor used for exploitation. If you had a problem, you could have contacted those two users and talked to them. Not waste space by driving negative attention into a thread.

I'd only slap the troll label on someone with the clear and continuous intent of deceiving/angering/humiliating someone purely for his/her own amusement and without regard for the good of the community.
Fuckload of people simply use it towards those they dislike these days, sometimes making a good user go hostile. Sad.

This is possibly the most accurate statement to describe a troll in this entire thread. Most of the time people being accused of being a troll end up becoming fairly negative/hostile users due to that fact that they have been labeled as such. The real trolls are those of you who consistently bash and hate on specific users while providing nothing for this community; no names but you know who you are. People who simply get behind their friends without thinking of the problem at hand, those who attack based on their personal opinion and feelings without thinking about what's being said; you are the true trolls. What I really want, what my overall goal on these forums is to meet people who think for themselves, those who look at a debate/problem and think of their own opinion, make a rational decision and post that instead of simply backing a user they believe to be a friend; that is my opinion of the perfect forum.
Response:
I can think of two people who apply to this and they contribute. Is posting not contributing to the community? It keeps the blood of the forums alive, despite constant leave of some users. Just as the lurkers wander around the sidelines, are they not contributing? They're not typing on the forums but they still look at the fruits of the translator's and uploader's labor. It provides a good reputation for the site and also brings some into user-dom. A contribution.
Don't expect yourself out of this "backing up a friend" tactic. Kaho thread? You backed up TMS, even though he was mocking Kaho by putting a textbook definition after his sentences. Very immature of him. Also, there were times in chats where someone would argue with you or another one of your "friends" extensively and 3 others people from your group come in to witness or put their two cents in. How is this any different? I doubt 3 users decided to waltz into the chat without a care and had coincidentally seen that you or someone else they know were arguing at that time.
Sorry, I spoilered the whole thing because it was a huge wall of text.
I just wanted to point out that how you worded things. It kinda made me feel that you were convincing users that you NEVER did things that you point out other users for. I read the last statement but I feel you are still in denial.
I, too, have joined in the trolling but that was the only regret. I could have ignored the Hime and Kaho threads (where I'm positive that the mood of my posts where completely different in both) but the situation seemed right. I went with what you all did earlier on for friendship, not just the joke. I regret it because it made me not only look like a jackass troll but I made other users turn their perception of me upside down. I mentioned one user to back up evidence.
